Now why in the world didn't we think of that sooner. Need to figure out how to make blacktop white. Imagine all the heat being absorbed by all the parking lots and roads and driveways? In all seriousness that actually is noticeable. It's why the city temperature is always higher then the country.

Our global warming here in WI just won't end. Supposed to snow all weekend.
