Heck of a day for CAWS: 1. downgraded by one firm 2. bond rating lowered 3. lawsuit filed against them 4. drop 1/8 while the DOW and NASDAQ set records Well Zorro: What is your take on this lawsuit crap? Do you think it is initiated by an ambulance chasing law firm or something real? Great time for CAWS to be without a PR firm. Monday may be ugly! Just to find out what the story is, should we reply to the legal firm and offer to "join their suit" for now? (Just don't volunteer to be the lead complaintant.) That way we will know what the heck is really going on here. Let me know your thoughts. Any lawyers or financial types out there who could help interpret this? Please folks, any thoughts, ideas, etc., please share!!!!
