There is something seriously wrong with this analysis. He sees NVLS losing $3.40 for 2009 & 2010, thats all the cash they have. Tangible book value is also much lower than what he thinks it is and hoping that memory pulls out NVLS from the brink is a prayer. No company is good fit with NVLS that can buy it. I have no idea what this is about but it smells like pump and dump.
