Could it be that untrained privates and specialists were told to 'soften the prisoners up' and left unsupervised to get creative about it? What is going to happen is that those courtmartialed are going to "name names." Who will then "name names." This is going to spread up the ladder. Interrogation on this line has already happened months ago. Someone at the command authority level made the decision to not prosecute. When this all comes out, I am sure others will take a hit also. The ones in the pictures and the ones who took them made deals before this exploded. As the deals come to life, and no one takes big hit, expect an enormous outcry.
