It appears that there is simply no management regard for shareholder value whatsoever. What possibly can MSFT gain by "blatant" snubbing of DOJ. One thing is quite evident from this entire affair. SUNW is managed so much better than MSFT it is just a matter of time before their market cap eclipse's MSFT. GO SUNW!
