I'm pretty sure IDID does still exist. I was watching CNBC with the sound off (best way to watch<G>) and they were doing a piece inre MCIC's vol. and comparing with the all-time highest vol. They had IDID highlighted and it LOOKED active. (I didn't get the sound on in time to hear what they had to say) I think it was up a PENNY though. Interested?<G> INTC has the highest volume, but with an * They only count stocks over a dollar. IDID was under a dollar when it started it's run, but ENDED UP OVER a dollar. IDID has LOTS more vol. than INTC if you count it that way. To be fair they should only count the shares traded at a dollar or over. On a side note, I bot INTC the day it had that big vol. That was the day it tanked to 50 about 2 years ago. It was a good day to buy. I also bot IDID when it went crazy. The most shares I've EVER owned, but not even close to my largest position in TOTAL DOLLARS. At 6&cent a share you coulda bot a whole LOTTA shares. (Hell, $1000 woulda got you 15,000 shs. or something silly like that. I can't remember the exact numbers.) I traded it ONCE and ran for the hills. (sold for a buck) It was a total fluke on my part. I saw the symbol going across the screen that day and knew SOMETHING was up.(It FILLED up the entire screen with IDID quotes. VERY hard to miss<G>.) A pure momentum play. Shoot first, ask questions later. I barely took time to figure out what they did.(fingerprints? Yeah, yeah, big deal, gimmee a gazillion shares and make it snappy!) Made so much money on it I wasn't sure if I was awake or not! (Pinch me, this must be a dream<G>) Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
