You're probably right that traders were expecting a J&J buyout... I'm personally happier that this was just a distribution deal at this point... It adds to IFLO's revenues and Earnings and opens doors to a whole new customer base compliments of J&J... While a buyout might have fetched 8.00 to 10.00 a share, continued growth by IFLO should take it into the teens within the next 12 months... As a kicker, J&J has bought out distribution partners in the past... So, I wouldn't mind a takeover of IFLO after it reaches the mid teens... That could get it a takeover price in the mid 20's...
