Good post. Very true. I might also add one other thing ...

Forgive me, for I do not remember the projections for total hand-held growth over the next 5 years, but I would gladly accept a decline in market share from say 70% to 60%, if the total market for hand-helds increased tenfold!

For example, wouldn't 60% of 10 billion units be better than 70% of 5 billion units?
