This showed up in the washington times business brief column yesterday late Infocall Communications Corp., a Vienna Internet-based staffing and employee-leasing company, has been named a subcontractor for a Department of State staffing program by Milvets Inc., an 8(a) contractor based in Lanham. The initial contract value is $3 million over a five-year period, with open-end provisions for expansion during each contract year with an estimated value of $10 million to $15 million with future modifications.
