Insider sales are found on Yahoo by entering the ticker and then selecting "insider". You will get a list of names. Select a few officers & directors. The top of this screen shows how many shares they currently hold. In most cases, they have sold many times more shares than they currently hold. For example: Sam Henry,Director, Co-Chairman, Vice President, Research & Development, Chief Technology now holds JUST FOUR SHARES after selling 500,000 in the month of August alone ! biz.yahoo.com Look for yourself. It is a big red flag.
