I have looked quickly at several sources and cannot see any particular long-term debt problem, certainly nothing even vaguely approaching 80% of equity. They would have had to get a BIG loan/bond issue in the last month or so and I'm sure it would have shown up on the news. If you're going to buy IPEC, I'd just call investor relations, or find their web page.
