SMART, <I agree with the analysis that this Q3 could be an aberation, not just due to the strangely low spending/inclome ratio, but also earlier orders by box makers due to the pricing change.> Could INTEL be SMART enough to have sandbagged some of their Q3 earnings and use then in 4Q. NAY, nobody is that SMART even ANDY<G>
