Where did you see the '96 reserve figure? I just checked the SEC Edgar
site and still no 10KSB there.

What are you using for number of shares out? To be conservative you
should add to the number of shares outstanding shown on the front of
the 10KSB any additional shares that could be created by the convertible
bond holders converting into the common (can be done at 75% of the last
5 days' average price).
