Share consolidation? Tuesday, November 11, 1997 TecSynproposes 1-for-3 share consolidation TORONTO, Nov 11 (Reuters) - TecSyn International Inc said on Tuesday that its board of directors approved a resolution to consolidate the company's outstanding shares on a one-for-three basis. The company said in a statement with its earnings that the consolidation would be submitted for ratification by shareholders at TecSyn's annual meeting on January 27. TecSyn said the consolidation would reduce outstanding shares to 17.57 million from 52.71 million.
