Any recent filings with the SEC?

I checked www.stocksmart.com and checked their institutional investors, mutual fund investors and 5% or greater investors. No telltales in there.

Netframe has excellent technology. The new product is the product they needed 18 months ago. The current price is something like 80% of book value. An outstanding time for an acquisition.

If revenue hangs in there, there is not much downside for the stock. There is lots of upside.
