A day spread of 8 points already today means that you should be in hogs heaven on this one Day Trader! Privatizaiton means only good things for the stock. Alliance has a mutual fund specializing in privatization. The government wants to make sure the public is not getting a bad deal when offing the company, so they typically go to market below the market value. Also, anytime the government gets their hands out of a business, that means more money to the bottom line for shareholders.
