Hi Brad,

Thanks for the update. Getting the colleges tied up would be
a big coup for the phone card/cellular phone deal. I hope he
can swing it in time for enrollments but if he can't, that's
ok. This phone deal has so much potential for distribution
that I don't see how it can't be a huge revenue producer.

I know the 21 million shares will scare a few but if they would
stop and look at just what has been bought and the potential of
those divisions, I think they would find them shares well spent.
If the stupid price of this stock would cooperate a bit, it sure
would make things better for everyone but since it won't, we just
have to suffer more trials by fire(G).
