Since you seem to be on good terms with smartin, perhaps you can get him to explain why he made his its on record that Morgan sold shares into the market this year comment. I have asked and the only answer he gives is to refer to someone else's analysis (flawed IMO) of shares that were issued between July 1995 and June 1996 and accounted for after the reverse split.
