Well, here is the E-mail that everyone is talking about. I just received it. Remember, I do not know this person so make your own judgment about the content below!!!
----------------------------------- Could you post the following to SI?ÿ I wouldn't mind answering questions, but I prefer to have investors read the following before emailing me. Thanks.
As of 2:00 PM EDT today no substantial short covering has taken place yet.
Here is the contents of 3 emails that I sent to Bob Hadley correcting and providing more detailed information concerning CSMA:
Bob:
I would like to provide you with current numbers on CSMA.
The number of shares outstanding is 13.2 million after acquisition of LPSL for 7.5 million shares.
The number of shares in the float is 2.6 million
The number of shares shorted is 700,000.
The short squeeze has not occurred yet as posters to SI would have you believe.ÿ The stock is being bought up at a fraction of its value by knowledgeable players on the basis of fundamentals and a marketing plan.
This stock will be trading above the $4 range which is all that is necessary for this company to be listed on the NASDAQ.ÿ As you are aware, major players are now in the process of accumulating shares who will tightly hold them well above this price.ÿ The uncontrolled float will be a small fraction of the public float.
I have much information about the company and the marketing that is starting to occur.ÿ I can say that you can expect the stock to be in the $8 to $10 range within the first 6 months on 1998.
The stock was shorted down by **** ******* who originally brought CSMA ... .ÿ There was a falling out between the company and ****** who seemed focused on driving the stock down.ÿ He contacted 3 MM's on friday to find out where the buying in coming from and whether it will continue. I would assume he will start covering very soon.
You can let the investors on SI know that the stock will be well supported after what they perceive as the runup.ÿ The stock will eventually stabilize in the several dollar level.
Hope this information helps.

This is the first time I have read the threads on SI. Way too much hype for my taste but I will provide answers to your questions for the investors to read.
I currently own 573,385 shares of CSMA stock. I have followed the company and the MM of the company since early this year.ÿ Once ******* (Name deleted) started selling in the teens I decided to accumulate all he wanted to sell. The reason that the stock leveled off in the .18 - .22 ask range was that I was accumulating until the shares dried up.ÿ My last buy was Thursday morning at .21. I now have a position that I will not touch until sometime next year. By the way, he was doing some neutral trading (selling and buying the same day) to try to stimulate additional selling.ÿ The float really wasn't turning over as it might appear.ÿ The reason he shorted at this level is a bit complex to detail in an email. Maybe sometime I will discuss it on the phone with you.
By the way, I wouldn't worry too much about changing people's minds about what CSMA will do. The big players are the ones that are going to make it happen. Everyone else is just around for the ride. Between myself and my MM, we have half the float locked up right now and the MM's clients are going to continue to accumulate.

To answer your question about my average price, I acquired 560,000 shares in the .165 to .22 range. This is important to realize that I am the one who accumulated all this stock because I am going to hold it all until the company gets NASDAQ listing. In one day last week, M3 accumulated 200,000 shares. We are all long-term players.ÿ This is a real company that has been shorted down to an extremely low price.ÿ This stock will get back to the several dollar range.ÿ None of the major players are going to dump the stock.
Now to answer the rest of Bob Hadley's questions:
The acquisition of LPSL from FPC was disclosed in the company's press release dated Sept. 10 1997. Perhaps someone will post it. The acquisition was made in exchange for 7.5 M shares of stock of which 2.6 M are tradeable but their cost basis is .55. They are long-term players. I can't disclose what the company is going to do about the short position, but they are going to take action, irrespective of the squeeze that is going to take place.ÿ Your next point; this is not just a momentum swing although some of my friends are momentum players and they are going to jump on the bandwagon tomorrow.
Your last point about getting out before dumping occurs should not be a concern.ÿ If you want to sell at .50 or at 1.00 or at 1.50 then go right ahead.ÿ The big players are in for the long haul, figure 8 to 10 or so.
