MWBX gives away "Drinking mugs, today", 115 per branch, one for each year of birthday. Visited 5 branches and found the Franklin Street branch with 115 year birthday cakes and coffee, in addition to the promotion. The rest of the branches are run by low budget managers. Franklin street branch has a lot of customers waiting. It is one of the oldest downtown branches with adequate parking lot spaces.

Bank branch managers run their banks differently. They make or break the branch just like stores. BankBoston branch on Route 30, Framingham has coffee served to their customers each day, sometimes with cookies, candies and other goodies; and they have good traffic. On the other hand the branch at Edgell road, Framingham has better parking lot but has few customers welcomed.

New Natick branch, the manager has a business customer at the conference room. Some other business man just leaving, when I arrived. Looks like they will add some deposits at the new branch.
