Doug;
Many thanks for your response. I have been long
for the last month with 8K shares and have noted
the solid accumulation at this level. I have also placed
my order for another 10 K purchase on Monday. I
would, however, like to play devils advocate with a
couple of questions you or someone else may be able
to shed some light on.

1. Why is there an audit taking place? Is this something
required by the SEC or is it being done unbidden by
the company?
2. The news reports seem extremely glowing for a stock at
this level, even considering the large float. Has there been
anything to backup the Businesswire article claims?

The upside for this stock seems just too good to be true.
Lets hope that this is a case of lack of publicity and not
an attempt by the co. to be misleading.
