KOLR Processability of PVC and other thermoplastics depends on parameters such as their melting-point, their deformation-point, their structural-memory and what reinforcements or charges have been added to the polymer. Process cycle times also depend on the base-color and the pattern and will influence deformation. It is easier to send a sample to KOLR. An objective of the company's technology plan is to lower the temperature of the process to levels where thermoplastics can be processed with ease - in order to open up large markets such as toys made from cheaper low-temp plastics, luggage, auto interiors, etc.
