Commerical Real Estate latimes.com Pity the sucker who bought commercial office real estate,at the height of frenzy using current rental cashflow to value the real estate...Now its empty and rents will drop, and he aint gonna make his mortgage,,,,take a loss and sell, or bleed slowly with negative cashflow....tough call!
