Very good "DD" on your part. And , who just signed a CONTRACT with Telematrix of Japan ??? The answer is CYSS.

The bigger picture is unfolding right before our eyes. These recent events are very promising and CYSS should be considered an accumulate and hold (IMO). Once these contracts reflect on the bottom line as profits, the valuation (P/E) will support much higher prices.
