I believe one of the executives sold 4000 shares to pay taxes or some
other misc. expense etc...

Anyway, the sale of 4000 shares is not of concern is what I am trying to say and that if 4000 shares were sold, then it was strictly for personal reasons and not due to worries about the stock falling further.
