This mornings Washington Post had a small article About PSINets first annual meeting which was held on Saturday. Bill Schrader indicated at that meeting the PSINet that although the company has no 'FIRM' offers there was a 50-50 chance that PSI Net would be sold. and that 'it is perfectly positioned to be aquired". He pegged the price at about $1 billion, (this seems very optimistic, but who knows). If that were the case, the offer would have to be in the $50 per share range, which I don't expect will happen. However, What does anyone think abouting buying this one today? Larry
