Well, Wayne, it looks legit, but it's hard to find out much information about either of these companies. Both companies appear to be foreign corporations. There have been a number of "buy-outs" in the past that turned out to be bogus (IVSO leaps to mind). The real key here is the company that's doing the buying, not so much the company that's being bought. It's really a crapshoot at this point. But I'm willing to gamble a few coins on the chance that it's true.
