Like rubbersoul, I don't seem to learn from my mistakes as this was formerly SUR.V, the not so proud 71st place holder in the 2007 contest.

Fwiw, I do not think a minimum price level should be a requirement, nor do I think 'shorts' or non paying members of SI should be prohibited.
