Yeah, I´d have to agree about Boquete too. I fell in love with the place and bought property up there about 4 years. While still stunningly beautiful it´s gotten very crowded with ex-pats. So much so there´s a bit of a housing and water shortage. My property value has nearly tripled. I´m planning on building a couple little houses, selling them and moving over to a different, more tranquil nearby valley (not Volcan) where I can spread out and have my garden and pets on 4-5 acres surrounded by a nature preserve. Just as soon as I get done with my project in Gorgona...
