hi marcos, I think that was a really astute move to increase your holding as you did, congratulations! I've never bot below .30 but I added a lot at .30 and .31. None of my other holdings are backstopped by a royalty portfolio that is worth much more than the company itself and this made me comfortable in breaking my usual limits on the size of any one position. (DYODD to those who haven't done so! ) Poor ol' Jeff. In his call he frames his comments on 'based on the charts' but I fault him for not emphasizing with his comments that you'd better know the fundamentals too. Uh yeah I think the fundamentals matter and for him to say in the actual interview "this can go to zero", he shows what he knows, which is of course nothing where this co. is concerned. There's a partial defense, only the dumb market can price GPD like every other Venture gold exploration company. What would GPD be valued at w/out the pf? Near term production for $35m (which already distances it from many that are still praying on the next assay results for its only NR other than a financing announcement) and the largest land position in the Yukon. I can't even estimate what it would be worth because it would need financing and it would be dilutive; and probably would have to sell some future production to a streamer! Yea marcos, I'm a fan of Brent Cook's (who isn't), and I think we're both fans of value. 31Floors
