I'm not sure what it means either. I'm a pharmacist, and the product they are talking about is a testosterone transdermal patch called the
Androderm Patch. It has not sold well (at least from my point of view) in this country. I have not seen one prescription for it since it's been on the market. The problem (again, from my point of view) is that you have to apply this patch to your SHAVED scrotum once a day. I don't have the time or desire to shave my scrotum everyday, and neither do most people. So why would SKB want to retain any marketing rights and why would TheraTech want to reaquire any marketing rights? Don't know. Unless there is some kind of agreement between the two. I suspect there is an improved delivery system in the works at Theratech and some kind or arrangement has been worked out considering market rights. But, all that aside, the last I read was that this company has about 20 products in clinical trials and they are sound financially. And in the pharmaceutical business it only takes one good seller to really make a company take off. Tell me what you think. I'm hanging on.
