Try this: Gates decides to give away NT in exchange for a piece of the transactions made across it. Whose nightmare would that move be? Good point, but Linux and Java developers would love it. NT would be a lot more expensive using that model. If everyone is so convinced that breaking up Softie would make all the shareholders rich, why doesn't Softire do it volunarily? --Mike Buckley
