Speaking of bickering, I'm reminded of a joke.

Three monks take a vow of silence--each can only speak ONE sentence every five years.

At the end of the first five years, the first monk shouts: "I hate oatmeal." Five more years pass in silence.

Then, it is the second monk's turn to speak. He turns to the first monks, and exclaims: "I LOVE oatmeal." Five more years pass in silence.

Finally, it is the third monk's turn to speak his sentence. He looks at both of the other monks and, wagging his finger, yells: "I am sick and tired of all this bickering about oatmeal!"
