William, I will not bat words with you to include name calling. If you want the text of the proposed change, go to tafl.org as they have the text posted. They also have multiple analyses as to the impact to different kinds of people to include non-Califorinians. Yes, there could be far reaching impact to this prop. As written, any company with a shareholder in California can be subjected to one of these frivolous lawsuits. There does not have to be merit. The companys will generally settle out of court to avoid the high cost of litigation and that is precisely what the lawyers want.
