Victoria (MD), I am not saying that MSFT is not quilty. All I have said was that they can get ride of all charges, one way or the other. Not only that, they probabily will make fool of DOJ. They have so much money, so much connection, and so much power. If DOJ pays one New York top lawyer $300 per hour to handle the case, MSFT will pay $3000 per hour to ten lawyers to defeat the DOJ. Have you watched OJ's case? Words are cheap. Let's wait to see the results. Let's see if the stock can seriously break $129 resist which is a very strong support level.
