T2, I need to get clearer picture on growth to feel better short term. While long term I remain optimistic, I am mentally preparing for fall to low 60s or even upper 50s during short term. Jackson's final decree in July is dangerous time and also his ruling against a stay on conduct could be dangerous time. Another dangerous time is if the case goes directly to supreme ct.

Regarding buyback, I think NYT has it wrong. It is July 8 at earliest. Why not wait for board to announce it first? What if MSFT board doesn't approve for a while or even if approved, MSFT doesn't buyback for a while, until after the end of July option grant to employees?
