Michael,

Thank you for the response. There appears to be a double-edged
sword here however, and I don't know what to make of it.

Your last sentence doesn't imply, it very matter of factly
states that we, the shareholders are not being treated
honestly and fairly. And you say this directly after citing
rules and SEC guidelines, etc.

I hope that what you claim to know can justify this.
