The mother of all conjectures By Reverend Dawg. I have been thinking about the quiet way this CNET announcement was made. Done without fanfare and without media coverage. Interesting almost like the government doesn't want any attention paid to one of their greatest undertaking since the "Great Wall." Even more I am puzzled why the companies involved are not mentioned. Then it occurred to me. Richard Li may want to keep the PPS down for a while longer. This was suggested to me my "Germany" a while ago. If Richard Li has little love for C&W and they have little love for him. He would not want to see them profit from the sale of PCWKF shares after the "Big Dump." It would also be in his best interest arrange for a third party to buy part or all C&W's PCWKF shares. If he were arranging such a deal he would want to keep the PPS low until after completion of the purchase. An announce of this magnitude with PCCW mentioned and a lot of hoopla would spike the PPS up. As I said, Conjecture, but what do the rest of you think? Dawg
