Tango I am probably wrong but in my stupid thinking I was wondering that those guys would get a lot of warrants at relativly law strike at almost no charge. That would pretty much limit our upside potential since if the stock is to move up the warrants will be excersized and the stock will be diluted. Soros is not worth few B. for nothing. Private placement on another hand is just a loan. Regards Albert
