From what I recall, they have mostly Stratacom Frame Relay Switches (AXIS & BPX). Maybe some Cascades mixed in.....and a ASND/CSCC backbone... It's difficult to say where the issue lies until the engineers get in there and find the culprit. Let's not start a rumor. I mean, do we even no for a fact what kind of problems AT&T is having? Is it that they are not able to deploy enough switches to keep up with demand? Is is core VC failures or buffer issues... point is we don't know...so let's stop speculating. OG
