KMT: thanks for info. Great to see MDIN fighting back! Question: given that I am a lawsuit neophyte, can someone tell me why crazy figures like 1.8 billion are used in suits? It's not like Dayton has a billion dollars. What tactic lies behind naming such a figure? To make people sit up and take notice? Just wondering.
