Toronto, Ontario, Canada (October 21, 1999,) - 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. today announced that Mr. Henry J. Pankratz has been appointed to the Company?s Board of Directors.
Mr. Pankratz recently retired from Ernst & Young where he held various executive and senior management positions throughout his career. Upon retiring, Mr. Pankratz held the position of Deputy Chairman. He is currently President of CanvanCore Capital and continues to have significant involvement in professional, business and community affairs including being the Past-Chair, Canadian Association of Management Consultants; President, The Canadian Club of Toronto; Chair, The National Ballet of Canada and a member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto Port Authority.
