NEWS BRIEF: "Clinton's job-approval rating climbs: Sixty-eight percent of those polled approve of how he is handling the job
as president, 10 percentage points higher than a poll last weekend", Los Angeles Times, reported by The Providence
Journal-Bulletin, Monday, February 2, 1998, p. A-8.
"WASHINGTON -- President Clinton's job approval has soared to the highest level of his presidency as strong public support
for his policies and a distaste for his accusers appear to be outweighing doubts about his personal conduct, according to a new
nationwide Los Angeles Times poll. Asked how Mr. Clinton is handling his job as president, 68 percent of those polled say
they approve and only 29 per cent disapprove. That rating is about 10 percentage points from the level found by a Times poll
last weekend, a few days after allegations first became public that Clinton had an affair with a former White House staff
member, Monica Lewinsky, and has urged her to lie about it."
"Even last week, Mr. Clinton's job approval rating had suffered only slightly from the scandal allegations. Mr. Clinton's high poll
ratings have confounded his political adversaries and surprised many analysts, who believed he would suffer badly in public
esteem because of the allegations. The fact that his approval has risen, instead, appears to be attributable to several factors:
* Mr. Clinton clearly received a boost from his State of the Union speech, which was heavily watched and overwhelmingly
well-received.
* The public appears to be making a sharp distinction between his private behavior and his ability to conduct official business.
* When asked about his private behavior, the public views Mr. Clinton far more charitably than do his critics.
* And, finally, the public has a low opinion of Mr. Clinton's main accusers, particularly independent counsel Kenneth Starr."
FOCUS SHOULD BE ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
The REALLY incredible news about this entire sorry episode with Mr. Clinton and his many scandals is that the American
people do not care!! They are willing to overlook his sexual escapades and his repeated lying, and support him to a higher
degree than before the scandals broke into the open. In the not-too-distant-past, any strong hint of such a sex scandal, or even
the appearance of a President lying repeatedly to the American people would have forced that President from office. American
citizens of that bygone era expected their leadership to exhibit the highest of moral standards, simply because they realized that
the President literally holds their survival in his hands. Since the Nuclear Era dawned in 1945, Americans have understood that
our enemies could destroy us in a matter of minutes should they be willing to accept annihilation in return. Americans used to
understand that principles like honesty, personal integrity, and a commitment to high personal standards were the necessary
ingredients for the kind of leadership that would keep America safe in this most dangerous world. I remember well the Cuban
Missile Crisis of 1962, especially the reasoned analysis that followed the conclusion of that crisis. Political commentators were
unified in stating that this crisis was precipitated by the low opinion of President Kennedy by Premier Kruschev. This low
opinion of Kennedy by the Russian Premier was formed in 1961, when the two men met in Vienna for the first time. The
Russian leader felt strongly that President Kennedy was a marshmallow that could be intimidated and pushed around. The
Cuban Missile Crisis followed just a year later.
The most fearful aspect of this current crisis revolves around the lying of the President. In 1992, during the primaries of the
Presidential Campaign, Clinton was stung by the accusations of Gennifer Flowers that they had carried on a sexual affair for 12
long years. Clinton heatedly denied this charge, and the American people accepted his denials and elected him President.
During the actual campaign, both Gore and Clinton stated repeatedly that the United States was mired in the worst economy
since the Great Depression. This allegation was shown to be a bold face lie many times during the campaign, and yet the
American people elected, and then reelected, him. Finally, when the President was giving his deposition, under oath, in the
Paula Jones case, the media reported that he did admit to having this affair with Gennifer Flowers. Yet, Clinton's approval
ratings soared.
Repeatedly during the last 6 years, the President and the Vice-President have repeatedly lied, and have had their lies revealed,
and yet their approval soars.
When we elect, and reelect as President a man like Clinton, who obviously lies to the American people, and then does not care
when he is caught in that lie, we reveal much about the character and moral values of the citizenry. When citizens today do not
become outraged by the fact that their leader is using the powers of his office to seduce young women, then the focus should
shift to the kind of citizens we have become, and we should be very, very concerned about the future of our country.
GOD'S STANDARD VERSUS CLINTON'S AUDACITY
God stated His Truth regarding the standard by which He judges any nation, in Proverbs 14:34, "Righteousness exalteth a
nation: but sin is a reproach to any people." Certainly, we have been suffering reproach with this President, by his lying and by
his sexual escapades. One of the most daring aspect of this whole matter is how audacious this President is; he is so open with
his escapades it seems as though he is daring anyone to catch him. Audacity, audacity, and more audacity: that is the key
word in the New World Order Plan. This Plan is to be so bold, so audacious, that the average person will not believe it if he
were to discover it.
Certainly, President Clinton fulfills that role of an audacious leader. Some commentators have remarked, over the past 6 years
of Clinton's Administration, how good he is in using language and symbolism in promoting his agenda to the American people.
These commentators have remarked how Clinton is able to substitute words for deeds, and how he substitutes symbolism for
substance. Listen to the part of the Plan to change the values and attitudes of the people so as to move the countries of the
world into the New World Order.
"The principal object of our directorate consists in this: to debilitate the public mind by criticism; to lead it away from serious
reflections calculated to arouse resistance; to distract the forces of the mind towards a sham fight of empty eloquence. In
all ages, the peoples of the world, equally with individuals, have accepted words for deeds, for they are content with a show
and rarely pause to note, in the public arena, whether promises are followed by performance. Therefore, we shall establish
show institutions ..." [The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, Protocol #5; Emphasis added]
Does this not sound just like President Clinton and his Administration? His promises are rarely followed by performance. And,
his Administration can truly be thought of as a "show institution".
AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE LIKE SHEEP, READY TO BE SHEARED
In NEWS1111, "IRS Abuse Of Power", and in the articles we have written previously on the scandals of Clinton, we have
reported the part of the Plan to overthrow governments on the basis of abuse of power, and when the people complain about
the New World Order government, they will be reminded that their previous government had been hopelessly mired down in
scandals and abuse of power [Protocol #13]. Now, listen to the same theme in Protocol #3, "Abuses of power will put the final
touch in preparing all institutions for their overthrow ..."
Abuses of power certainly sums up the action of the Clinton Presidency. But, why are the American people so willing to
overlook these abuses and support the President? There are several reasons, as we show below:
1) The American people have been trained to act as an unreasoning mob rather than individuals with firm and absolute principle.
Listen again to the Protocols: "And thus the people condemn the upright and acquit the guilty, persuaded ever more and more
that it can do whatsoever it wishes. Thanks to this state of things, the people are destroying every kind of stability and creating
disorders at every step." {Protocols #3}
2) Too many Americans support the President because his "looks Presidential" on TV, or because he is handsome. Polls taken
after the 1996 elections showed that many women voted for Clinton on this basis alone. My daughter, 20 years old, and voting
in her first election, bemoaned this fact, saying that Clinton's election on this basis is "proof enough that women should never
have been given the vote". But, this is part of the Plan also. Listen to the Protocols again: "We shall assume to ourselves the
liberal physiognomy of all parties, of all directions, and we shall give that physiognomy a voice in orators who will speak so
much that they will exhaust the patience of their hearers and produce an abhorrence of oratory." [Protocols #5]
Since "physiognomy" is an obscure word, let me define it for you, from the Webster's Illustrated Dictionary. Physiognomy is the
"practice of judging human character from facial features". In other words, physiognomy is the judging of a person simply by his
good looks, or bad looks as the case might be! Boy, this hits the nail right on the head, does it not? Part of the Plan to establish
the New World Order is to move people to this point, steadily, gradually, and invisibly, utilizing the precepts of the Six Step
Attitudinal Change Plan. [See NEWS1055]
President Clinton receives this kind of superficial support from too many Americans today. Thus, no matter what Clinton has
done, people will still support him for these superficial reasons.
AMERICANS LOVE THEIR "STEAMY" SOAPS
And, as far as becoming disgusted with all the oratory, as described in the Plan, above, isn't this what we are hearing now? We
are hearing that Americans think the Press has gone too far in covering the story and they just want to forget it and let the
President get on with his job. But, now you know why our members of Congress give speech after speech, ad nauseum; they
are simply fulfilling this part of the plan to weary the people with their oratory!
3) Americans have become too used to the sensational, lustful stories of Daytime Soap Operas, trashy novels and magazines,
and the Supermarket Tabloids. Why are these Americans so entranced by these trashy story lines? Because they wish that they
were actually enjoying such a stories in their own lives. Therefore, when this story broke about Clinton's sexual escapades, too
many men secretly admired him for his ability to "score" repeatedly with beautiful, alluring women, and too many women wished
they had been the ones to have frolicked with the President. Audacity, audacity, and more audacity. The more details which
emerged, the more people were attracted by it, secretly wishing they were able to enjoy such revelry in their own lives.
Therefore, they are eager to excuse Clinton for this sexual behavior.
People are also likely to excuse the lying of President Clinton on much the same basis. After all, who has not lied and lied
continuously, in their lives? Lying has become such an American institution that no one thinks it a big deal anymore, even if their
own President lies to them repeatedly. In the Retail business, buyers joke with each other about the lying of salesmen. Question:
"How can you tell when a salesman is lying to you?"; Answer: "When his lips are moving. " Lying has become so commonplace
in American society today that no one gives it any thought, much less ostracizing someone for it.
ABOLISH ALL LAWS BASED ON "BIBLICAL" COMMANDMENTS
Therefore, the President's approval rating climbs ever higher with each new revelation of sexual conduct and/or lying. What
does this tell us about the American people, especially in these End Times in which we live? It tells us the following:
1) The American people have now been thoroughly separated from the Christian values of their forefathers. Now, Americans
do not care if their leaders commit crimes and misdemeanors in office; in fact, when they do, today's citizens applaud them.
2) Americans today are not securely fastened, like an anchor, to any Absolute values, such as those espoused by the Holy
Bible. Thus, Americans today are without spiritual anchor and can be driven by high seas and rough winds wherever those in
power want them to be driven!
3) The drive of the Satanic New World Order to replace the existing system of Christian based values and laws based upon
those Christian values, with Satanic values, is getting closer to reality.In NEWS1139, "Clinton Scandals According To Six Step
Attitudinal Change Plan", we demonstrated to you that Clinton is simply following the teachings of the Satanic Bible, in his
personal sexual life. We quoted from the Satanic Bible, "No creed must be accepted upon authority of a 'divine' nature ... No
moral dogma must be taken for granted -- no standard of measurement deified. There is nothing sacred about moral codes."

Let us repeat the critically important part of this statement, above. "No moral dogma must be taken for granted -- no standard
of measurement deified. There is nothing sacred about moral codes". This means that the Satanist wants to change the laws so
that all moral standards are eradicated, abolished. Indeed, that is their plan.
But, now, take the word, "moral" out of the above statement. Listen; "No dogma must be taken for granted -- no standard of
measurement deified. There is nothing sacred about codes [laws]". After all, they are after their father, the Devil, and he is
called "the lawless one" in Scripture. "Lawless" literally means living without laws!
Satanists intend to abolish all of the laws in this country which are based upon Biblical mandates! Which Biblical
mandates are expressed in laws in this country? Let us review just a few as examples:
1) Exodus 20:13, "Thou shalt not kill." Yes, Satanists and New Agers plan to take away the prohibition, and the punishment, of
murder. As I heard one New Age adherent explain on TV in the late 1980's, "You have to understand that there is no such
thing as murder. When you kill someone, you are just releasing that person's soul into the Reincarnation Cycle a little earlier than
would have been the case had that person lived. But, that person's soul will be introduced back into human form in another era.
You never really killed him; you just released his soul."
This is the Plan. Legalize murder. I am convinced that New Agers are so totally against the Death Penalty today because their
ultimate aim is to finally abolish all laws against murder. Using the precepts of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan, with Capital
Punishment as their specific cause, they are creating enough continuous battling so as to allow Step #4 to work its magic in
invisibly changing people's values and attitudes, to the point of allowing politicians to remove the penalty against murder.
2) Exodus 20:14, "Thou shalt not commit adultery." This brings us squarely back to President Clinton, does it not? The Bible
defines proper sexual activity, both physical and non-physical, as being within the boundary of marriage between husband and
wife. Any activity outside that boundary is considered adultery. Therefore, Clinton's idea that oral sex is not forbidden in
Scripture is ludicrous. If he does believe it, he will be rudely informed on the day of the White Throne Judgment that he was
sadly mistaken [See Matthew 7:21-23]
Using the weapon of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan, the President is forcing many Americans to take sides in his proposal
that sex outside marriage, including oral sex, is not sin. The key element to the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan is the constant
conflict in Step #4. Thus, the members of the Press, who have always protected the president, must now shift gears to be the
adversaries of the president. Thus, we have seen the spectacle of the Liberal Press suddenly shifting gears, going on the attack
against Clinton. Many people who are cheering this development because they think the Press is finally fulfilling their proper role
within government should rethink their position. The Press is just fulfilling its role in Step #4, that of ensuring conflict, because
"conflict changes attitudes, and controlled conflict controls the change in attitudes". In fact, the very spectacle we see of the
Press finally changing its protective position with the president is proof positive that they are knowingly engaging in the Six Step
Plan. Before this scandal broke, their role was Protector; now, their role is to ensure the constant conflict of Step #4. If the Six
Step Plan were not being consciously followed, the Liberal Media would still be protecting the president.
Do not be deceived; all of our laws against "aberrant" sexual behavior are targeted for annulment:
* Prostitution will be legal; you have already seen articles and stories advocating legalization. In fact, the police departments in
most cities and towns now only discourage open, public prostitution. They do not enforce prostitution laws against private
prostitution.
* Pornography will really become open
* Rape will cease to be an offense
* Child abuse laws will be repealed. After all, we are all just animals
* Incest will be legalized -- We have in our possession an article advocating the legalization of incest. We will be writing an
article on it shortly.
* All Adultery and Sodomy laws will be repealed
* Homosexual and Lesbian activity will be legalized
While most of these changes will await the actual appearance of Antichrist, the Six Step Plan will so weaken the moral and
philosophical foundation that the storm created by the appearance of antichrist will knock the system fully flat.
3) "Thou shalt not steal." [Exodus 20:15] -- Already, American businesses are having to cope with an ever increasing lawless
citizenry. For several decades now, the #1 source of loss to a company comes from stealing by their employees. In the Retail
business, internal theft has helped put many a company out of business, and has resulted in significantly higher prices on
everything else in the store to pay for the theft. Americans have been claiming insurance losses that do not exist, fraudulent
personal injury, and have been filing lawsuits in unprecedented numbers. All of this constitutes stealing.
American businesses also distrust each other so much that they have hired many lawyers to make sure that business dealings are
ironclad, without loopholes, and enforceable in a court of law.
The Internal Revenue Service frets over the number of dishonest tax claims that are filed each year. They are constantly asking
Congress for more money to hire more auditors to catch even more dishonest citizens. The "underground economy" exists to
the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars per year. An underground economy is that portion of our economy which deals only
with cash, without paperwork to back up the transactions. Examples would be waitresses, many people in the service industry,
and many auto repair places.
Many people get credit cards and run up the bill to the limit, and then refuse to pay the bill or the monthly minimum. They could
care less about their credit rating, and they know that another card will arrive in the mail, giving them more money to steal.
We have seen thousands of examples of people that deliberately cheat government assistance programs, at the Local, State,
and Federal levels. These people can get very creative in devising ways to cheat the system.
Make no mistake about it, many Americans already are very dishonest and are actively involved in cheating someone out of
money due them. When Antichrist proposes his new "enlightened" program, and it includes the abolition of the laws against
stealing, people will celebrate in the streets.
4) Exodus 20:16 -- "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour." This is the Biblical prohibition against lying.
Believe me, God hates a liar. Yet, in these many Clinton scandals, deliberate lying has taken front and center stage. Again, most
people lie every day of their lives. As more and more people get more and more removed from Christian principles, more and
more people lie. Adolf Hitler recognized this truth, and devised a very important propaganda principle around it. He theorized:
When you tell a lie, tell a huge lie. Most people lie in small matters every day, and so expect small lies to be told. But, if you tell
a very huge lie, most people will believe you, because they will feel that the situation about which you are lying is too huge to be
a lie. Most people will be convinced by the enormity of the lie, and will believe the lie.
This certainly holds true in the matter of the global New World Order Plan. This Plan is so huge, so draconian, and so
devastating that most people do not have the courage to believe it. And, true to Hitler's maxim, the situation facing them is so
huge they cannot believe it. Conversely, when national leaders are promising Peace and Safety once the New World Order is
implemented, people believe them.
When Antichrist arises, he will propose to eliminate prohibitions against lying. Perjury will be a relic from the past.
5) Exodus 20:17 -- "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house ... nor any thing that is thy neighbour's." Coveting will also be
allowed, and will result in utter chaos. The Bible says that God is a God of order, and rules. But, Satan is a god of chaos and
no rules. Most people do not understand that, since man is inherently sinful, he must be restrained from performing the depths of
evil of which he is capable. The Bible says that the Holy Spirit is the One Who does this restraining work. As bad a things seem
in this world, they would be far, far worse if the Holy Spirit were not at work restraining evil.
RESTRAINING POWER GOING, GOING, SOON GONE!
We see this work of the restraining power of the Holy Spirit in 2 Thessalonians 2:6-8, as Paul speaks of the restraint against the
ultimate Man of Sin, Antichrist. "And now you know what is restraining him from being revealed at this time; it is so that he may
be manifested, revealed, in his own appointed time. For the mystery of the lawlessness, that hidden principle of rebellion against
constituted authority, is already at work in the world but it is restrained only until he who restrains is taken out of the way. And
then the lawless one, the antichrist, will be revealed ..."
Once Antichrist is allowed to appear, when the Holy Spirit finally looses His restraining power, then the individual restraints will
disappear also. The result will be utter chaos, predictably. People will not even be able to walk down the street to go shopping
without fear of robbery, rape, or murder. Society will begin to crumble, as no society can long survive without order.
The Illuminati is counting on this utter chaos, because some time after it has begun, they will clamp down with absolute
dictatorship. Still, as they set their laws, they will eliminate these hated "Judeo-Christian" laws.
This is truly the spectacle we see before us. President Clinton is a major "change agent" to push the attitudes and values of
Americans completely away from Christianity, and towards the indulgent attitude of the New World Order. In this New Order,
there will be no rules, at least for a short time, until society is thoroughly crumbled and "purged" of old Biblical rules of behavior.
PEOPLE SWAYED BY PERSONAL CHARISMA AND BOLDNESS
But, there is a still larger issue that we Fundamental Christians need to address. President Clinton has been able to persuade
people to support him despite scandalous behavior that would have toppled any other president, serving in any other time.
Clinton has been able to sway millions of voters, both men and women, by the force of his personality, which includes his good
looks, his strong demeanor, his charm, and his wit. Now, Clinton has proven that a leader with these qualities can sway the
majority of American voters to support him and/or his policies on a matter that would have been unthinkable just a short time
ago. And, Clinton did this tremendous persuasion in the most formerly Christian nation on earth. He has demonstrated that the
American people now have no moorings, no anchors, and no principles; therefore, they can be swept away by emotion, feeling,
and persuasion.
Therefore, the stage is set for Antichrist to arise and accomplish the same acts of persuasion in matters unthinkable just a short
time ago. Antichrist will arise just as the Bible foretold, and just as the New World Order Plan envisions. "The coming of the
lawless one, the antichrist, is through the activity and working of Satan and will be attended by great power and with all sorts of
pretended miracles and signs and delusive marvels -- all of them lying wonders -- And by unlimited seduction to evil and with all
wicked deception ..." [2 Thessalonians 2:9-10]
We can also see, from Biblical prophecy, the tremendous enthusiasm with which people will support the Antichrist. "... the
whole earth went after the beast in amazement and admiration." [Revelation 13:3b] This prophecy typically understates the
height, depth, and width of this public love affair with Antichrist. The people, including Americans, will absolutely love this guy.
And, as President Clinton has amply demonstrated that Americans can be swayed by a man of great charm, good looks, and
personal charisma, so will Antichrist be able to accomplish the same feat. Words cannot convey the tremendous love the
people will have for Antichrist. They will be swayed to follow antichrist in ways no one could have dreamed possible
beforehand.
Then, soon after Antichrist arises, he will appear on television, looking very grave, extremely somber. Gazing into the camera
with the polish of a Ronald Reagan, he will announce, "My fellow citizens of the world, I have come tonight to tell you of a
grave danger that threatens our wonderful New World Order. This danger comes from an unexpected source: the
Fundamental, Born Again Christian. These radical right wing groups are resisting my plan so strongly that they are threatening
our ability to build that bridge to the 21st Century. You have heard all the terrible things they have said about me on the radio,
TV, and even on the Internet. Why, they have the nerve to even call me Antichrist, despite the fact that many well known
Christian leaders and evangelists have stepped forward to support me. I also have the full support of most other Christian
groups, led by the wonderful Roman Catholic Church and Promise Keepers. We have the support of the vast majority of the
Christians in the world, except for these Fundamentalists!"
"We simply cannot tolerate this negative aura anymore from these right wingers. Our Plan, our vision for the future, is too
important to be derailed by anyone for any reason. Therefore, I have ordered our police and military forces all over the globe to
begin rescuing mankind from these people. As I am speaking, they are detaining these people and removing them from our
midst. I assure, most solemnly I tell you, they will never be a problem again."
"I expect full cooperation from each individual on earth. Thank you my fellow citizens." |
