John this looks like business as usual to me. Amsvstcap is required to file quarterly as a statement of ownership because they hold more than 4.999% of the companies stock. One thing that I find curiuos is that last quarers filing used a cusp number slightly different than this filing but it looks more like a typo. 253911101 used in filing on 9/98. 2539111010 used in filing today. I think I'll report them to the SEC. :8-)
