I wonder if something like this could come out of Japan as well. the company forged ties with Bell Mobility of Canada and Omnitele of Finland I noticed this as well. I just don't know what it means. Obviously, a big roaming pact between Canada, Finland, and Korea is probably not the main point. What is, then? What would these cos. be sharing with each other? R&D, track records, and such? Joint developments since they are not direct competitors in the same markets?
