Exhibiting PoWs unlikely to be recognised as a war crime
Exhibiting prisoners of war (PoWs) for public scrutiny may constitute a
breach of the Geneva Conventions but this is nevertheless unlikely to be
recognised as a war crime, according to the International Committee of the
Red Cross (ICRC).
