FCH - Anyone interested in hotel reits these days? Back in 2009 I was very interested in them and was buying a basket. FCH was one of them and looks to have crashed back to those levels. RevPar still looks to be increasing, not sure why they're down compared to AHT, SHO, etc...

Anyone looking at these? Possible value?
