I think $60s is some kind of technical analysis backfit from the Nasdaq Composite. The Nasdaq Composite broke above the downtrend line a few days ago. The normal TA pattern is to retest this downtrend line. Meeker knows this, figures out where the Nasdaq is probably going to retest in a day or two and then figures out using historical MSFT Beta in relation to the Nasdaq to figure out where MSFT is likely to be at that point.
