Thanks but if you want me to comment please post the facts and circumstances or at least a link to them.

The point is the term "waterboarding" is ambiguous at best, and the context is critical as well in knowing whether we are even talking about the same process, the same intensity, etc.

When I'm saying "waterboarding isn't torture" I'm saying the techniques that have been discussed in the last few years. I have idea about what may have happened previously and I don't think Bush and Cheney had anything to do with that, either.
