If my memory serves me right, we have gone through this estate selling once or twice before. It sure plays havoc with the price. It seems like there are several shareholders with one foot in the grave. Like you said they just dump the shares on the market. I do not have alot of knowledge of estate planning but is it common for the estate to liquidate assets like this, or is this an example of poor estate planning by the shareholder. With this being a strong fundamental stock still in the development stages I would think the smart move is to hold not dump. (My gut is telling me that maybe the money from the sale of the stock is to pay off the lawyers.)
